Love Builder Non-Profit Society is striving to create awareness and establish a custom of respecting and caring for seniors amongst the younger generation through our Love Caravan Intergenerational Program. As a management team member, the Marketing Specialist plays an essential role in helping develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across a variety of channels; researching the market; analyzing trends to define Love Caravan's marketing strategy; and providing advice as to how to best reach our target audiences.

What we're looking for:
- Developed outreaching skills, sponsorship development experience, and established technical writing ability are preferred. Confidence when speaking publicly, with an enthusiastic presence on stage.
- Proof of formal training (certificates, diplomas, class credits, etc.) in Marketing, Public Relationship, Communication, Business Management or a relevant field; or experience on corporation level is an asset but not mandatory.
- Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills as well as think strategically and execute methodically.

Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and improving the Love Caravan’s different social media pages including writing posts, putting together analytical reviews, implementing social media advertising campaigns, improving pages’ attraction, and ensuring all information on social media is up-to-date and accurate.
- Proactively developing appropriate channels with sponsors at private, corporate and governmental levels.
- Brainstorming cross-functionally to devise and implement creative marketing campaigns such as email, social media and events periodically
