  • Who will be my direct supervisor? Who can I contact if I have questions or concerns and my supervisor is unavailable?

Certified Listeners Society is a not-for-profit organization built by a community of people dedicated to providing early-stage emotional support to anyone who needs it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are not a crisis helpline. We believe that by serving the masses to navigate the challenges of our lives, with early-stage and real-time Emotional Support interventions, we can help individuals make better mental health lifestyle choices to live better, happier, healthier lives.

Role Overview:
Certified Listeners Society is looking for a tech-savvy individual who is familiar with creating, posting and handling various social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. As a volunteer, you will promote, develop and maintain social media platforms to help develop our online presence and maximize our impact.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Creating a content to match the theme of the week based on the content calendar
  • Developing a posting schedule and strategies on engaging a larger audience
  • Posting and managing social media platforms
  • Giving direction to graphic designers on what is needed for the content that is being posted
  • Other duties as requested

Role Requirements:

  • Age requirement: 18+
  • Great attention to detail
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must be able to define and meet deadlines
  • Must be organized, detailed oriented and have time management skills
