- What health and safety protocols are put in place to protect volunteers?
- How will I receive training for this volunteer role?
- Who will be my direct supervisor? Who can I contact if I have questions or concerns and my supervisor is unavailable?

50/50 ticket sales at TD Coliseum for the Toronto Rock (Smilezone)
Want to get involved in your community in a fun and rewarding way? Smilezone Foundation is looking for friendly volunteers to sell 50/50 tickets at the Toronto Rock 50/50 home games! Help raise funds for our mission while enjoying the game and connecting with others.
As a registered charity in Oakville, Ontario, Smilezone transforms hospital and health care spaces to make them more comforting and fun for children and families. We add vibrant colors, engaging murals, sensory tools, and more to brighten their day. All proceeds from the Toronto Rock 50/50 season (December 2025 – April 2026) will be directed towards the upcoming Smilezone projects. Join us in making a difference!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Educating the community on Smilezone Foundation's mission
- Selling 50/50 tickets at the Toronto Rock Lacrosse games
- Operate electronic 50/50 technology
- Collecting funds and distributing 50/50 tickets to buyers
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing and calm demeanour
- Ability to work well in a small group
- Comfortable learning and using new technology
- Basic math skills
Requirements
- MUST be 18+ years old to apply
- OLG Licensing Act requires anyone selling or buying lottery tickets to be 18+ years of age.
- Have access to transportation to and from the TD Coliseum (101 York Blvd, Hamilton, ON L8P 4V3)
- Provide a copy of a valid government ID (drivers licence, health card or passport)
Time Commitment
The schedule has not been released yet. Games will normally be on Friday or Saturday evenings. Time commitment will be approx 5:00PM - 8:30PM.
