A positive volunteer experience is our first priority. Whether you are volunteering with Mohawk or a community group, we encourage you to do your due diligence and ask the following questions before getting involved:
- What health and safety protocols, including any COVID-19 related protocols, are put in place to protect volunteers?
- How will I receive training for this volunteer role?
- Who will be my direct supervisor? Who can I contact if I have questions or concerns and my supervisor is unavailable?

Ensuring that donations are efficiently sorted and ready for distribution. Your dedication to maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse will contribute to creating a seamless process of providing support to those in need.
2. Laundry Heroes:
Ensuring that clothing items are clean, fresh, and ready for distribution to those in need. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining proper cleanliness and care will help us provide comfort and dignity to individuals and families
3. Event Enthusiasts:
Planning and coordinating fundraising events that drive support and create memorable experiences for our organization and its attendees. Your passion for events, attention to detail, and ability to engage with people will help us create successful and impactful gatherings
The above duties are general guidelines and may vary based on specific organizational needs and volunteer availability. As a valued volunteer, your flexibility, willingness to learn, and adaptability are greatly appreciated.
