Cast Member - CityKidz

Overview: As a Cast Member, you play a vital role in the presentation of CityKidz studio shows for children aged 6-11. You will have the opportunity to lead show segments such as songs, dancing, games, skits, and teaching lessons, in which creates a fun, dynamic, and immersive environment that inspires children to pursue positive character and big dreams.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Participate in show rehearsals to prepare for CityKidz studio shows.
• Assist with the organization of show materials both before and during a show.
• Lead and present show segments with enthusiasm and energy.
• Facilitate show engagement and interaction with the audience.
• Work closely with fellow cast members, show leadership, and Tech Team members to ensure smooth show execution.

• Ability to contribute to a program that combines theatrical and children’s ministry components.
• Willingness to learn the skills needed for running an effective CityKidz show.
• Ability to be attentive and responsive to show leadership and show dynamics.
• Integrity and commitment to the CityKidz Mission of inspiring children to pursue positive character traits and big dreams.

• Skill Development: Volunteering as a Cast Member allows you to develop and enhance various skills, including public speaking, leadership, performance, creativity, and teamwork, which are valuable in both personal and professional contexts.
• Creativity and Expression: You have the opportunity to unleash your creativity and express yourself through theatrical performances, songs, skits, and interactive activities, fostering self-expression and artistic exploration.
• Personal Growth: Volunteering provides opportunities for personal growth and development, including increased self-confidence, improved communication skills, and a deeper understanding of children's needs and perspectives.
