This opportunity would include preparing the land for planting, maintaining the garden and area (weeding, pruning, watering etc.) harvesting,possible distribution of crops to greater Indigenous community and closing the garden at season end. Learn about community leadership, gardening and Traditional Indigenous Sustainability along the way. Please dedicate a minimum of 5-10hrs; ongoing seasonal participation preferred. Thursdays will be maintenance day every week between 3:00-4:30; additional times will be added along the way. First meeting day will be Thursday April 18th 3;00-4:30 at the Hoop Dance Area.
